my stay at aloft was pleasant! the location was super convenient, right by the downtown area. the larger guest room with an epiCentre view provided a refreshing atmosphere. i appreciated the extra space, especially for carrying my items to the pool. the staff was friendly and helpful during my visit.

Checked in after a bumpy ride, but the front desk gal was super caring. She switched us rooms twice after finding dirty mattresses, which was kind of a mood killer. Eventually, got comfy in a clean room. The bar area was cool for some late-night snacks, but man, those housekeeping issues were frustrating!
